Callouts T&C’s
Callout fee payable upfront or on site as booking confirmation.
If the automatic booking confirmation, as received by PJ Cooling, is not approved from end-users’ side, the booking will be re-booked to the next available date.
1st product’s Labour covered under callout fee. Additional R550 per additional Product checked.
Spares cost is not covered under the callout fee, this will be Quoted additionally.
All repairs carry a one-month guarantee and faults should be reported in writing, within 30days.
Callout bookings made for areas outside of Windhoek will be Quoted on POR basis.
All Spares need to be paid in full as order or Installation confirmation.
All electronic and electrical parts purchased at own risk
If the repair is still under product factory warranty, the warranty job number with original Proof of Purchase needs to be forwarded in advance with the warranty unit’s model and serial sticker for the office to give warranty booking confirmation. If this is not supplied the callout will be billed as normal T&C’s.
All units to be disconnected from water supply by Owner. If disconnected by PJ Cooling, it is at Owners own risk.
PJ Cooling Solutions cc shall not be liable for any losses or damage of any kind.
Products stored and transported at owner’s own risk.
Workshop T&C’s
Release/Delivery of workshop units upon full payment only.
Spares to be installed or ordered once POP was received as customers confirmation.
All electronic and electrical parts purchased at own risk
PJ Cooling Solutions cc shall not be liable for any losses or damage of any kind.
Products stored and transported at owner’s own risk.
If Repaired goods not collected within 5 working days, a storage fee of R30 per day will be charged. If this period gets extended to 30days after completion, the unit will be sold to defray cost.

If no complaint was forwarded or indicated on our performance score, it will be deemed as a successful/completed repair.
Please note we do not take responsibility for wrongful payment allocation or non-payment allocation due to wrong payment references and no POP received by Mail.
PJ Cooling is not responsible for cash handling fees for cash deposits paid. This will be due to customer.
Short fall on any of the above may result in booking delays or delay in spares orders/installations.
